I just discovered your channel today- you feature fabulous properties- and earlier watched you showcasing this house for sale. I am an architectural designer and was immediately redesigning it in my mind, albeit without the existing floor plan shown to work with, how fantastic to see a such a refined design laid out. One of my favorite architects, Peter Pennoyer, showcased a wonderful 1928 Mediterranean in Seacliff with ocean views that I am a bit obsessed with, maybe you’ve been in it? I’m looking forward to watching more of your videos. Cheers!

Nice tour, but I think I felt my wallet deflate and implode just listening to this.

According to Zillow, it sold on 7/28/2014 for $2,850,000.

This is a beautiful, small apartment in a very safe area (Presidio Heights), but the HOA is $1133 per month (higher than surrounding units). Is HOA calculated by square footage? All this info comes from Zillow.

No recessed lights or radiant heated floors. Everything is so 1990 from the walls to the floors. The kitchen and dining room is a horror, but nothing could prepare you for the ugliness of the bathrooms which also have to be completely re-done. It would take almost a million dollars to update this entire house and yet they are still asking for over $6 million. And somehow it SOLD for over 11 MILLION!

Ther best area in sanfrancisco to unwind. Ride bike , walk maybe run or jog. Just a good place to hung out .. thanks for posting …

Sorry...Even for San Francisco, overpriced. Nice but poorly decorated. As someone said here...(distilled) "What's with the kitchen?" Put a hundred thousand into it, that would be much better.
